Social Media and Content Marketing Manager

Social Media and Content Manager

Join a dedicated, experienced team developing the fastest on-device AI inference engine, powering real-world applications.

Endura Security is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to build our voice and presence across the channels where security, engineering, and DevOps professionals spend their time.

You will turn technical ideas, product developments, security research, industry events, and company perspectives into content that earns attention from the people responsible for securing modern software delivery.

This is not a role focused on filling a content calendar for the sake of activity. You will help establish how Endura talks about software supply chain security, runtime enforcement, CI/CD risk, and the changing nature of software development.

About the role

You will own Endura's day-to-day social media presence and help shape the broader content strategy behind it.

You will work closely with company leadership, engineering, sales, and product to identify ideas worth sharing, translate deeply technical subjects into compelling content, and distribute that content across channels such as LinkedIn, X, and other relevant technical communities.

Endura operates in a highly technical market. The right person does not need to be a kernel engineer, but must be curious enough to understand subjects such as CI/CD, software supply chain security, application security, open source risk, AI-generated code, eBPF, and runtime enforcement well enough to communicate them accurately.

This is a high-ownership role with an opportunity to help define Endura's public voice from an early stage.

What you will do

  • Own Endura's social media strategy and publishing calendar across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
  • Create original social content that builds awareness and establishes Endura as a credible voice in software supply chain and runtime security.
  • Turn blog posts, security research, product releases, technical documentation, and industry developments into compelling social content.
  • Develop short-form posts, threads, carousels, graphics, video concepts, polls, and other formats appropriate to each platform.
  • Work with technical leaders to turn complex security concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging narratives.
  • Build campaigns around product launches, new capabilities, integrations, research, and company announcements.
  • Monitor software supply chain attacks, application security developments, CI/CD incidents, open source compromises, and relevant industry news for timely content opportunities.
  • Help develop Endura's perspective on emerging security issues rather than simply reposting industry news.
  • Repurpose long-form technical content into multiple social assets and distribution campaigns.
  • Support the creation and promotion of blog articles, technical explainers, research pieces, webinars, and other marketing content.
  • Engage thoughtfully with security practitioners, developers, researchers, partners, and relevant industry communities.
  • Coordinate social amplification around events, podcasts, webinars, partnerships, and media coverage.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across social channels while adapting tone and format to each audience.
  • Track audience growth, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and other meaningful performance indicators.
  • Experiment with formats, topics, posting cadence, and distribution strategies and use the results to improve future content.
  • Work with sales to identify content that supports active market conversations and common customer objections.
  • Help maintain an editorial pipeline so Endura consistently has useful things to say rather than posting simply to remain active.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely.
  • Experience managing social media for a B2B technology, cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X as channels for reaching professional and technical audiences.
  • Ability to recognize the difference between meaningful technical content and generic marketing language.
  • Experience turning long-form content into effective short-form social campaigns.
  • Strong editorial judgment and an instinct for what makes technical audiences stop and pay attention.
  • Ability to interview engineers, security practitioners, and executives and turn those conversations into publishable content.
  • Comfortable learning unfamiliar technical concepts and asking detailed questions when something is unclear.
  • Strong attention to factual accuracy, particularly when discussing security incidents, vulnerabilities, or technical product capabilities.
  • Experience using analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines independently.
  • Comfort working in a small company where priorities can move quickly and individual work has visible impact.

Beneficial skills to have

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with software supply chain security, SCA, SAST, SBOMs, provenance, attestation, or runtime security.
  • Understanding of CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar systems.
  • Experience following and communicating breaking cybersecurity incidents.
  • Existing familiarity with security researchers, developer communities, or application security audiences.
  • Experience creating technical diagrams, social graphics, carousels, or lightweight video content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar creative platforms.
  • Experience with SEO and content distribution beyond social media.
  • Experience managing corporate blogs or working with a CMS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, or attribution tooling.
  • Experience supporting webinars, podcasts, conferences, or other community-building initiatives.
  • A personal interest in cybersecurity, software development, open source, or technology research.

What you will get

  • Significant ownership over Endura's public voice and social media strategy.
  • The opportunity to help establish a new security category rather than market another established commodity product.
  • Direct access to company leadership, engineers, security practitioners, and product development.
  • A steady supply of technically interesting material ranging from real-world supply chain attacks to Linux kernel security.
  • The ability to influence not just social media, but Endura's broader content and thought-leadership strategy.
  • A small, collaborative environment where strong ideas can move from concept to publication quickly.
  • The opportunity to build a recognizable brand among security, DevOps, platform engineering, and software development audiences.

Why join our team

Software security is changing quickly.

AI is producing more code. Applications depend on increasingly complex open source ecosystems. CI/CD pipelines execute code from hundreds or thousands of sources, often while holding credentials capable of publishing software or accessing production infrastructure.

Most of the industry conversation still focuses on determining whether software should be trusted before it runs. Endura is building around a different question: what should that software actually be allowed to do once it executes?

That gives us a lot worth talking about.

As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will help turn that perspective into a recognizable voice in the market. You will work with technical experts, follow consequential security events as they happen, and help explain why runtime behavior is becoming an essential part of software supply chain security.

If you enjoy technology, security, strong writing, and turning complex ideas into content people actually want to read, this role gives you an unusual amount of room to shape the conversation.
